I9 Employment Verification
An I9 form is used to verify the identity and authorization for individuals to work legally in the United States. An I9 form is a federal requirement for all U.S. employers who plan to hire employees; therefore, it’s very imperative to make sure the I9 form is completed and executed properly to protect the employer, employee, and the employment laws of the U.S.
